Israel has bombed Dahieh, the southern suburb of Beirut within the last hour, on the day President Trump said the agreement with Iran would be signed. It is also Trump’s birthday.

Jerusalem said the attack was in response to Hezbollah firing towards Israeli territory.

The issue of Lebanon has been the sticking point in finding an end to the latest war in the Middle East.
