Actor Javier Bardem says ‘toxic masculinity’ of Trump, Putin, Netanyahu responsible for ‘thousands’ of deaths

Actor Javier Bardem has a big problem with some world leaders and their “toxic masculinity.”

During the Cannes festival, Bardem weighed in with his thoughts, claiming “thousands” are dead because of the male egos belonging to “Trump, Putin, and Netanyahu.”

“The big balls man saying ‘my c*ck is bigger than yours, and I’m going to bomb the sh*t out of you is a f*cking male toxic behavior that is creating thousands of dead people.”

Bardem is a pro-Palestine activist and vocal critic of Israel who believes genocide is happening in Gaza even after the war ended.

“You can fight against it, you can try to justify it, explain it. That is a fact. You can be against it, or you can justify it,” Bardem told reporters on Sunday, according to Mediaite. “If you justify it with your silence or with your support, you are pro-genocide. Those are facts, for me.”

The actor/activist’s “toxic” comments made it to X and caught the attention of Elon Musk.

Plenty more X users slammed the actor for his take:
