US military takes out ‘narco-terrorists’ in Eastern Pacific strike

The United States successfully conducted a strike on a vessel reportedly containing two “narco-terrorists,”

According to U.S. Southern Command (Southcom) the operation took place on Friday under the command of Gen. Francis L. Donovan. The organization posted a video of the strike on X, confirming that “[t]wo male narco-terrorists were killed during this action. No U.S. military forces were harmed.”

The “lethal kinetic strike” was conducted on “a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations,” the organization wrote, adding, “Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations.”

This is the latest of many strikes on vessels carried out under President Donald Trump’s administration, marking about 180 “narco-terrorist” deaths, according to the United States military.
