U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) mocked Gov. Gregg Abbott for his disability, claiming a tree made the paraplegic Republican “part of the DEI class.”
The uncouth remark from the outgoing Democrat seems to prove that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has little to do with leveling the playing field and is, in reality, another plow to obtain power at any cost.
Because Abbott is a Republican and Crockett is a black woman in post-Obama America, the lawmaker ridiculed Abbott for being disabled without so much as a stir from the media, as seen here:

With Texas voters rejecting Crockett’s Senate bid, she’ll soon be looking for a new home and her ill-mannered jab at the wheel-chaired Republican may very well be an open audition for a gig on CNN or MSNOW.
Social media users questioned the flip-side of Crockett’s remarks, as seen in the X responses to the story below:
Wait. So black people are disabled?

At first I thought Rep. Jasmine Crockett was a DEI hire for being black, but after I heard her talk I realized it’s because she’s Special Needs.

The Governor overcame his disability. This retard simply invented hers.
